Weavers Cottage
Our traditional and cosy cottage, with a lovely log-burning stove and oodles of rustic charm. Weavers Cottage feels snug and relaxing. Whilst many of the quirky and characterful original features remain, modern amenities mean you’ll feel comfortable in this Grade II listed home-from-home.

Weavers Retreat
Contemporary in décor, with a focus on natural materials, Grade II listed Weavers Retreat is light, bright and characterful. It’s a real blend of old and new with original period floorboards and beams alongside mid-century and modern day furnishings. There is a cosy gas-burning stove in the fireplace.
Our Cottages
Built as weaving cottages in the 1840’s, Weavers Cottage and Weavers Retreat are quaint, cosy and characterful little homes. They sit on picturesque and peaceful Shirley Street, right in the heart of historic Haworth. Both cottages offer 1 bedroom accommodation with views across to the Brontë Parsonage and Old School Rooms. The downstairs is an open plan kitchen and lounge and there is a bathroom with walk-in shower in both cottages on the first floor.
The cottages are just behind the guesthouse and although fully equipped for self-catering, we would love you to book in for breakfast at the main guesthouse if you fancy joining us at any point during your stay. There is a small extra charge, but if you’re keen for a treat, you know where we are! Please note, breakfast in the guesthouse is subject to booking and availability and is not available throughout January, when the main guesthouse is closed and at any other times when the guesthouse is closed.
There is a 3 night minimum stay in the cottages, although 2 nights can become available depending on how other bookings fall. If any set of two nights becomes available, it will show on our availability calendar on our website.
Well behaved dogs are welcome and, although it might make sleeping arrangements a little tight, we can provide a roll out bed, cot, highchair and stairgate for children. We can only allow 1 child or baby at any one time, due to insurance and health and safety reasons.
Just as with guesthouse bookings, all direct bookings, not made through an online travel agent, benefit from receiving the best rates and a complimentary bottle of wine when you stay. If you’re ever in doubt about seeing a cheaper price elsewhere due to online retailers’ offers, please do give us call or email. We’d always rather match or beat them, if we can.
