1) Information We Collect
In running and maintaining our website we may collect and process the following data about you:

Bookings made via our website are done so via our booking platform provider, Queensborough Group. Your Personal Data is held on secure servers hosted by sub-processors providing services in connection with the operation of our online booking system, which are HotelHost company and Rackspace.
The nature of the Internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet. No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. However, we will take all reasonable steps (including appropriate technical and organisational measures) to protect your Personal Data.
7) Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for our e-newsletter, we collect personal information (name and email address). We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about news you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We wouldn’t sell email lists to other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. 9) WIFI
We do not take or record any information from you when you log on to our guest WIFI. It is simply a service for you to use during your stay and we do not collect any personal data from users.

Any changes to this Website Privacy Policy will be posted on this website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
