Access Statement

The main part of Weavers Guesthouse was built circa 1840. Whilst this does mean we have inherited some attractive architectural details and character, it also means that the structure of the building may present some physical barriers to accessibility. A full copy of our Access Statement is available on request. If you have any special requirements regarding access please do contact us before making a reservation so that we can discuss these with you and do our best to meet your needs.

Our two cottages, Weavers Cottage and Weavers Retreat, also built around the same time as the main guesthouse, are unfortunately not suitable for guests with special access needs, again due to their historic construction. There are small steps through the front doors of both cottages and bathrooms and bedrooms are up a flight of stairs on the first floor.
